Rev. Jeff Anderson, M.A.

I spent my first professional career in the radio broadcasting industry. For 20 years I learned the advertising and marketing business from the ground up. During that period I worked for many radio stations in California, in positions that included account executive, sales manager, and station manager. I worked in a range of markets, from small markets like San Luis Obispo to the major advertising agencies on Wilshire Boulevard in Los Angeles.

A psychology major as an under-graduate, I have always been fascinated with people, with what motivates them, drives them, makes them happy, and makes them tick. Psychology did not, however, fully or satisfactorily satisfy my curiosity.

In 1996 a broken back ended my radio career, and my life took a major turn as I began an in-depth study of spirituality. I studied metaphysics, theoretical quantum physics, ancient wisdom traditions, spiritual psychology and world religions. In 2002 I became licensed as a spiritual practitioner and counselor, affiliated with United Centers for Spiritual Living, headquartered in Golden, CO. Spiritual counseling became my main vocation, and remains a significant part of my professional career.

In 2005 I began an advanced educational program, majoring in consciousness studies through the Holmes Institute of Consciousness Studies out of Los Angeles, CA. I graduated in 2009 with a ministerial license and a Masters Degree, and began speaking at various spiritual communities, teaching classes and workshops and facilitating retreats around the country. I am currently on staff at the Center for Spiritual Living, Santa Rosa, where I work as an educator, curriculum writer, speaker, workshop facilitator and spiritual counselor. I have presented and/or facilitated workshops at communities and events in Washington D.C., San Diego (CA), Davis (CA), Monterey (CA), Asilomar Conference Grounds (Pacific Grove, CA), San Jose (CA). My first book, The Nature of Things ~ Simple Tools for Complicated Times is due to be published in the spring of 2012.

Rev. Lisa Hamilton, M.A.

Lisa Hamilton is a singer/songwriter, has been the featured musician at numerous Northern California Centers for Spiritual Living. She is a regular solo performer at the Center for Spiritual Living, Santa Rosa and has contributed her talents as a supporting vocalist for Linda Webb-Khakaba, Christopher Fritzsche and Melissa Phillippe.

She graduated in June 2011 from the Holmes Institute with a masters degree in Consciousness Studies. Lisa is a teacher of metaphysics, and co-facilitates and provides music for workshops and retreats, including spiritual adventures retreats on the American River and elsewhere.

She is passionate about healthy food and wellness of mind, body, heart and soul. She is currently on staff at the Center for Spiritual Living, Santa Rosa, where she works supporting the education and music ministries.
